I am slowly becoming notorious for being a bit shallow when it comes to book covers, so it will come as no surprise that I am yet again talking about more of my favourite covers.
YA books are continuously stepping up their game when it comes to beautiful covers and I’ll admit I’m a sucker for buying a book because of its cover.
Before getting into the post I just want to apologise for it being quite short. I’ve been working a lot this week and I’ve received a lot of ARCs that need reading so I’ve not had much time for other posts. So sorry, I promise there are some really great posts coming up over the next few weeks that I’m sure you will love.

Sorcery of Thorns by Margaret Rogerson
This was a recent read for me, well I read it in Septemeber but I’ll be honest October is not going well for me reading-wise.
All of Margaret’s books have beautiful covers and I actually mentioned her other book An Enchantment of Ravens in one of my previous book cover posts.
I love the colours on this cover and the art style is beautiful and we all know how much I LOVE Charlie Bowater. I honestly think I would buy any book if she designed the cover.

All This Time by Rachael Lippincott and Mikki Daughtry
I recently reviewed this book which you can find here. Both authors actually acknowledged my review on Instagram and Twitter and I almost cried a little.
Again, both of the books by Rachael and Mikki have beautiful covers and I mentioned Five Feet Apart in my last cover post. They are quite simplistic but I think that’s what I love about them.
I am a huge fan of flowers on book covers, which is probably obvious by now. And the blocky purples with the pop of colour from the yellow is so aesthetically pleasing to me.

Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare
We all know how much I LOVE Will Herondale and I don’t know why I haven’t mentioned Clockwork Angel yet. I’m honestly not a huge fan of the original book covers, although I will admit that I own both versions of The Infernal Devices and The Mortal Instruments.
I feel like the newer covers are a little more understated and I love the character design a lot more. I’m starting to notice that I really like blue themed book covers.
I’d be interested in seeing if people prefer the new or original covers. Let me know in the comments.
