It’s a little early for this post as there are still three days left in the month, however, I highly doubt I will make it through any more shows before then. Well other than starting Stranger Things season four this evening, I won’t be making it through the entirety of it before the end of May though so no mention of it in this post.
I actually had quite a slow month TV-wise as apparently, I haven’t really watched anything. This does mean this post will be quite short so apologies for that.
Also, there is no film section this month as I can’t remember watching any in May.
TV Shows
I cannot get enough of Heartstopper. Since its release in late April, I have watched it four times and honestly, I could watch it again. I am well and truly obsessed (like with the novels). The pure joy and comfort I feel from this show is completely unmatched and I could literally watch it time and time again. I will try and hold back from a fifth watch in June but it will probably happen anyway.

I’ve managed to slow down the pace at which I was watching Modern Family from last month from six whole seasons to barely finishing one. Impressive if you ask me. Basically, I only have until season nine on Disney+ so I had to slow down. I’m still loving it and surprisingly the later seasons are just as good as the first.

During May the Call of Duty league held their pro-am tournament where amateur teams played against the pro teams and it was really fun. My favourite team the LA Thieves came second and it was a great showing from them. It was also cool to see some of the amateur play as I’ve never seen any of them before.
I have taken a bit of a break from the CDL as I was starting to lose interest a bit. Vanguard sucks. But I watched the LA Thieves play last night and they were incredible. A swift 3-0 to the Boston Breach who didn’t even seem like they were playing.
