I haven’t used Kindle Unlimited since the start of 2024, but I have been reading the odd book available with Prime Reading lately. None of those have particularly good though unfortunately.
How to Fake-Date a Vampire by Linsey Hall

I read an ARC of this but I recently found out it’s on Kindle Unlimited. It definitely wasn’t my favourite read ever, but if you take it at face value and don’t expect too much, it’s pretty fun. The ‘fake dating’ element doesn’t last too long and there are some unanswered questions, but not enough to ruin the reading experience.
ARC Review: How to Fake-Date a Vampire by Linsey Hall
Synopsis: Faking it with a vampire duke should be easy, right?
Iโve got one chance to prove to my coven that Iโm worth my wand. But to do it, I’m going to have to make a deal with a vampire duke. I get to use his gorgeous estate in Cornwall to host the Beltane Ball–and in exchange, I’ll pretend to be his girlfriend. But it’s all a show for his grandmother.
The rules of our fake relationship are simple:
No flirting. No emotion. No sex. Easy, right?
Except I can’t seem to ignore the allure of the infuriating and devastatingly sexy vampire. Falling for a duke isnโt an option, though. I would lose the anonymity that protects me and my coven, and that would ruin my life–and the lives of the other witches in my coven.
So yeah, totally easy.
Accidentally Amy by Lynn Painter

This definitely isn’t Lynn Painter’s best book, but it was very entertaining and a super quick read. I’m pretty sure this is less than 300 pages long, which in my opinion, is the perfect length for a romance novel.
The concept was really fun and Lynn Painter really knows how to write great banter. There isn’t much else I can say that won’t give away the plot, but if you love a short, fluffy romance, you should definitely check out Accidentally Amy.
Synopsis: IT STARTED WITH A CUPโฆ
Isabella Shay is usually a very honest person.
But when sheโs running late for her first day at a dream job and the barista yells for โAmyโ 3x with no answer, she does the unthinkable.
Izzy takes that PSL.
Itโs the exact drink she ordered and paid for, only waaaay further ahead in the line, so she mutters โIโm Amyโ and grabs the cup.
But when she turns around and runs directly into the most attractive man sheโs ever seen, spilling the drink all over his GQ shirt and tie, she ends up having the ultimate meet-cute. Sparks fly and things feel beyond promising until he says the words, โSee you tomorrow, Amy.โ
Uh, oh โ sheโll definitely have to straighten him out the following day.
Only when she gets to her new office and meets the VP of her department, it is none other than Blake Phillips – the hottie from Starbucks. And the man mightโve been charming to โAmy,โ but he is an arrogant grump to Izzy, an arrogant grump who dos not find her explanation funny at all.
