I haven’t been listening to audiobooks as often as I used to recently and I’m the type of person that likes to make the most out of a subscription. I’ve been pursuing my Audible Plus library for some new reads and I thought I’d share them with you as they aren’t always the easiest to find, especially on mobile. In the Same Boat by Bianca Willis
We all know I love a sports romance so this caught my eye instantly. I then saw who was narrating it; Sophie Nélisse, and I knew I had to listen to it. If you want me to listen to your audiobook simply hire an actor I like to narrate it.
I’m not sure if this will be a love triangle or a ‘why choose’ book. Part of me hopes for the latter as I’m really not a fan of love triangles. Another part is hoping for a Challengers-esque story. There’s only one way to find out.

Another Name For the Devil by Mason Deaver
I absolutely adored I Wish You All The Best so I’m intrigued to see what a thriller by Mason Deaver is like. This is also a pretty short read at just over three hours long so will be perfect to listen to while doing household jobs, which is basically the only time I listen to audiobooks.
I don’t think this will be an upcoming read as it’s set at Halloween, so will be perfect for October, but it is one that’s been on my radar for quite some time now. I’ve got a huge list of Audible Originals to listen to and this is one of the top ones – I’ve been switching between purchased and free listens recently as I found I wasn’t picking up any of my bought audiobooks.

The Summer Oath by Claire Friedman
This is a more recent find, however, it looks like the perfect summer listen, plus a full cast? Yes please. This cast is absolutely stacked (listed in synopsis), so you know this is going to be an entertaining read. I don’t know if it’s full production but I’m really hoping it is.
I think this will be my next audiobook. I’m currently reading One of Us is Next but that’s not fitting the summer vibe. As the UK is so hot at the moment, I need a proper summer read.
