To Be Watched: February 2025

I don’t have many TV and film plans for February. I’ll most likely spend the whole month continuing current rewatches and checking out new YouTube gaming content. I haven’t sat and watched a gaming series in quite a while now and I’ve officially ran out of pre-prepared posts for my ‘Favourite YouTube Gaming Series’ monthly posts, so I need to get watching and writing.

I started my rewatch of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina literally years ago now and I’ve decided February will be the month that I finally continue it. I limited myself to a season a year of this when I was doing rewatch reviews as it was the perfect show for October. That was a little silly looking back. After deciding a year ago I was going to stop doing rewatch reviews due to how time consuming they were, I decided to continue watching the shows anyway.

I’m currently on episode two of season three. For some reason, I watched episode one months ago but didn’t continue the series. I’ve really been jumping between shows lately and struggling to commit to one. My rewatch binge of The Vampire Diaries was going strong for a while but I’ve binned that off for something else. I’ve been really struggling with my ADHD and focusing lately, which is evident in all areas of my life.

Speaking of focus. I really want Critical Role’s campaign 3: Bells Hells to be my main priority in February. They’ve already hinted that the endgame is coming soon, so I really want to attempt to catch up. Which isn’t feeling too likely as I’m probably at least 100 hours behind at this point. But if I start watching again now (January 18th) I have a chance of getting at least somewhat close.

Again, my reason for not keeping up is my lack of focus. I feel like you really need to pay attention otherwise you miss so much. I don’t mind zoning out during the combat as that can get quite repetitive but I don’t want to miss anything storywise. Fortunately, I did finish off at the end of an episode so I can feel like I’m starting fresh again. I definitely need Matt’s recap at the start of the episode to remember what’s going on.

The Call of Duty League is also back from break so I’ll be watching that for the next few months. I think the last time I talked about it I was an OpTic fan. Well, no more. I’m actually just an Envoy fan so I like whichever team he’s on. I’m glad he’s back on LA Thieves though–feels like he went home, if that makes sense? I really like this Thieves team, I hope they do well.
